Nokia has finalized the sale of their White Plains, New York office building to Histogenetics for $12 million. It was vacated in March when the central site for Nokia’s North American sales and marketing operations was moved to Sunnyvale, California.
The Nokia White Plains office opened in 2006. According to Lohud, Nokia spent more than $30 million to reconstruct the building.
Histogenetics, a growing bio-technology company, also owns the property next door.
